WHAT IS MY DONATION USED FOR?Our clergy are all unpaid and donations go to the running of the church and the variety of activities that they and their congregations undertake in their communities.
In Arizona, the congregation of St Michael's and All Angels began an outreach program called Bags of Blessings. They prepared backpacks with items for the homeless, essential items mainly. Since April of 2024, we transitioned from regularly scheduled public worship service to providing direct services to those in need. Our volunteers and members now focus their energy on providing direct services to the “least” of His children, according to His counsel in Matthew 25:34. We also continue to host a BOMBAS sock give-away project AND are also proud to participate in the Give-a-Kid-a-Hug Program. Started by Michael's and All Angels in 2017, the church gives away stuffed animals to children in need at different holidays. They also cover the two Native American Reservations as well as local shelters, Against Abuse homes and Residential Treatment facilities. We are now Matthew 25:34, a movement for the marginalized, run strictly by volunteers in Casa Grande and Tucson AZ, in Ojai CA and Maine and New Hampshire. All donations go directly to feeding the hungry and helping the unhoused, as well as continuing our decades-long advocacy for the rights of LGBTQIA+ people and other vulnerable and marginalized individuals and communities across the state.
